Automatically set vLib loops

Hi all,
Did anybody ever tried to make vLib loop setting automaticaly?
For example:
Provide multidimensional array to some method and
this method makes vLib loop for every vLib loop valid structure found in that array?
Is there any solution available on the interrnet, I have tried to make it myself, but apparently I'm "green"
for such a task.
