[DOCS] documentation in 3-0-10 is missing

I have downloaded 3-0-10 with a friend today. Is it possible, the dir "docs" is missing.

Maybe I am wrong, because we had 2 different "vlib" dirs ...

I will check this tomorrow ...

Yes,

I made a note in the CHANGELOG that the docs will be excluded from the downloadable files whilst I work on a new documentation format.

Until this is complete, the docs will only be available online.
