[vlibTemplatDebug] Debug window cannot be opened

If I use the vlibTemplateDebug class and click on "View Template" nothing happens.

Problem occurs in IE and Netscape 7.1 (I have no other browsers).

JavaScript is working.

This happens on my local server. I tried to reproduce it here:
http://lamp.clausvb.de/examples/sister_sourcecode.php
http://lamp.clausvb.de/examples/vlibTemplate_db_adv.php
but it works there.

I checked the vlib-versions. Files are identical. Seems to be a server problem, dunno why.

I will check the PHP and Apache versions and post them here.
